  2. Curious about becoming a medical assistant? Saddleback College is hosting a free information meeting today from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. inside the health sciences building, room 138.
  3. Pediatrician Kenneth Akey announces the opening of his practice with a ribbon-cutting today at 1 p.m. at 27871 Medical Center Road. Refreshments, including tacos, will be provided.
