Applications for school choice in Saddleback Valley Unified School District will be accepted soon. For grades seven through 12, applications will be accepted Jan. 18 through Feb. 4, and for kindergarten through sixth grade, applications will be accepted from Feb. 22 through March 11.
Families who already live in the attendance area of the school of their choice do not need to fill out an application.
Applications for grades seven through 12 will be posted on the district's website on Jan. 18; for kindergarten through sixth grade, they will be posted on Feb. 22.
Applications are not processed on a first-come, first-served basis, but rather by a lottery-style system.
