Is it currently practical to require it?

Is it currently profitable to require it?

How much of the Patch base favors it - not in principle but in fact?

Heard about Obama's Assistant Sect of State, (married to a neocon), who got caught on a private line planning a coup in Ukraine. Never mind that if there is WWIII, it won't last long. Wonder is she's in favor of equal pay for equal work?
