Bunny Days Quadruples Attendance

The Easter event drew 8,000, according to a city estimate.

Oso Viejo Community Park was really hopping Saturday. The Bunny Days festival at Oso Viejo drew 8,000 people, according to a city estimate.

That's four times bigger than last year, the city said.

In celebration of Easter and spring, Bunny Days brings together a variety of fun activities like a bakery smorgasbord, egg and candy treats, games, crafts and music.

Each year the event is co-sponsored by the City of Mission Viejo and the Saddleback Valley Unified School District.
