Memerial Day Observance begins at 8 a.m. including the unveiling of a bronze plaque to honor the memory of Mission Viejo Marine, Sergeant Jason D. Peto, who died in December 2010 from injuries suffered in Afghanistan and a tribute to Sergeant Peto and Gunnery Sergeant Lane of Mission Viejo's Adopted Marine Battalion.
