Food Truck Guide for March 26 at Trabuco Hills High

Can one person have too many choices? Crepes, Greek, sliders or Mexican-Korean fusion? Check, check, check and check.

Food trucks are coming to Trabuco Hills High, 27501 Cordova Road, from 5:30 to 8:30 Wednesday evening. Here are the trucks this week:

Bowl of Heaven: Acai bowls, smoothies, a juice bar. Everything your health-desiring heart wants.

Crepes Bonaparte: Crepes, of course, both sweet and savory. The menu includes caprese, King Brie, and the Al Capone (fresh blackberries and sweetened mascarpone cheese topped with whipped cream and a chocolate drizzle).

Louks Greek: Gyros, lamb burgers, honey feta fries and dessert (loukoumades).

MexiCalbi: Only in California, right? This truck combines the traditional tastes of Mexican with Korean BBQ. So don't be surprised if a citrus ginger sauce shows up on your tacos or cabbage and noodles show up on your tostada.

The Flip Truck: A rotating menu of healthy sliders (you know—tiny hamburgers). Some choices have included the vegetarian Zeenee Panini (mozzarella, tomato, pesto and balsamic aioli on mini grilled sourdough) and the Greek God (beef, tzatziki sauce, red onion and aioli on a brioche roll).
