Halloween Store Owner Reveals Top Local Costume Requests for 2011

Ryan Privratsky, owner of the Halloween Bootique, talks about the most wanted items during this spooky season.

It started off as a story about the most popular Halloween Costumes, but it ended in horror!

Dun, dun, dunnnnnnn.

Actually, it ended in a slideshow of spooky photos from a Mission Viejo halloween store.

This week Ryan Privratsky, owner of the Halloween Bootique at the Kaleidiscope Center gave Patch his take on the hottest items this year.

Two of the most popular costumes? Characters from Angry Birds, the best-selling video game, and Morphsuits, single-color jumpsuits that cover the entire body.

Privratsky says his store has had between 8,000 and 10,000 customers since they opened their doors in early September. 

He also wanted to remind everyone that the store is having a big sale after Halloween from Nov. 1 to Nov. 4.
