Muskrat would brighten any animal lover's holidays, the Mission Viejo Animal Services Center's staff says.
The 11-month-old Chihuahua/terrier is a playful puppy who's ready to be part of a human family. And he's a snuggler. So if you go to the center to check him out but don't see him in his kennel, he's probably hiding under his blankets, says staffers.
Another plus: Since Muskrat is part of the center's Home for the Holidays promotion, his adoption fee for an approved applicant is only $80.
You can meet Muskrat, as well as the other animals waiting to be adopted, at the center, which is at 28095 Hillcrest.
