Alejandro and Amy Rivera of Mission Viejo renewed their wedding vows during a mass wedding for troops at the Hyatt Regency hotel in Huntington Beach Sunday afternoon.

Alejandro and Amy Rivera of Mission Viejo renewed their wedding vows during a mass wedding for troops at the Hyatt Regency hotel in Huntington Beach Sunday afternoon.

They and 24 other couples won a contest through K-Earth 101 FM to participate in Sunday's glamorous ceremony.

Alejandro, an active duty marine, has served two tours overseas and leaves in August for a third tour in Afghanistan.

Though the couple was married two years ago they never had the time for a traditional ceremony.
