Laguna Ballet's 26th Annual Production of "The Nutcracker" at Saddleback College

Laguna Ballet, a non-profit junior ballet company serving Orange County families since 1985, presents its 26th annual production of “The Nutcracker” December 15th -18th in its fifth season at the McKinney Theater stage at Saddleback College. Ticket sales for six performances are underway.

More than 90 Orange County students come together each year, under the direction of Shery Gilbert, to perform in a full-length production of The Nutcracker, one of America’s popular holiday traditions. This year’s guest artists are Anton Pankevich, a former member of the Dutch National Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet, and currently with San Jose Ballet; and Sven Toorvald, former member of the Houston Ballet and Hubbard Street of Chicago.

“Laguna Ballet’s 26th Annual Nutcracker is our wonderful gift we share with family and friends in our community,” stated Gilbert.  “We are thrilled to provide this amazing opportunity for our students to promote the art of dance to people of all ages.”
