Councilman Dave Leckness wants you to know about Arts Alive, the city's next big art event coming up May 4 through 5.
Arts Alive features street painting artists who use pastels to draw colorful scenes at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center. This year the event starts at noon and goes until 8 p.m. Saturday and 5 p.m. Sunday.
In the above video, Leckness seems to be interviewing Mission Viejo artist Shaina Joel, a college student who has participated in the festival since 4th grade. But as you will see, Joel doesn't get a chance to say much—except at the very end.
