Voila! Crustless Quiche
How many food items can you think of, that can be served as a snack, breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert? I haven’t done the research, but one comes to mind immediately - - - the egg! From scrambled eggs and omelettes, to Egg Drop Soup, deviled eggs, quiche, soufflé, and sweet custard.
Scrambled eggs are a common household favorite, but you can’t get distracted while they’re cooking or you’ll end up having to wait in line at a drive-thru. Instead of standing over the pan so your eggs turn out just right, why not try baking them? A simplified, yet tasty, crustless quiche!
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
