Beer License Approved for New Irish Steakhouse in Mission Viejo

Pub Thirty-Two at Alicia and Jeronimo is planned for early 2014.

The vacant building that once housed Tijuana Gillies on Alicia and Jeronimo is about to be transformed into an Irish steakhouse.

Pub Thirty-Two's liquor license was approved by the Planning and Transportation Commission Monday night, giving them the green light to open early next year.

Expect corned beef and cabbage, shepherd's pie and other comfort foods to pair with alcoholic beverages inside this 3,262 square foot, rustically decorated night spot.

Diarmuid Noone submitted the alcohol license request. Noone owns and operates Molly Bloom's Irish Bar and Restaurant in San Clemente.

The restaurant's owners plan to keep it open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Monday through Friday and to open at 9 a.m. on the weekend.
