Sourdough fans, take note: Boudin Bakery is asking the city's permission to set up shop at the corner of Avery and Marguerite.
The proposed Boudin Bakery or 'Boudin SF' at 28621 Marguerite Parkway would occupy a 4,005 sq. ft. tenant space with an adjacent 450 sq. ft. outdoor patio area, according to a site plan submitted to the city.
The bakery proposes to operate from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, serving bread, sandwiches, salads, soups and drinks, including beer and wine.
The business plan will be before the city's planning commission Monday at 6:30 p.m.
