What could possibly make fresh lobster any better? Hmm, how about bacon?
Every Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Trabuco Hills High hosts food trucks. Two of this week's food trucks specialize in either lobster or bacon. Here's the list:

- Cousins Maine Lobster: This place is all about fresh Maine lobster. They serve lobster rolls, lobster bisque, lobster tacos and, yes, you guessed right, lobster tails.
- Bacon Mania: Food like chili mac (with bacon), flash-fried spinach (with bacon) and something called The Rico, a half-lb. all-beef hot dog covered in caramelized onions, grilled jalapenos, and spicy chipayo sauce (and bacon).
- The Flip Truck: A rotating menu of healthy sliders (you know—tiny hamburgers). Some choices have included the vegetarian Zeenee Panini (mozzarella, tomato, pesto and balsamic aioli on mini grilled sourdough) and the Greek God (beef, tzatziki sauce, red onion and aioli on a brioche roll).
