Healthy Sliders, Maine Lobster and Grilled Cheese Food Trucks

Interested in trying some healthy sliders? How about fresh Maine lobster? These are some of the food trucks available Wednesday night from 5-8 at Trabuco Hills High, 27501 Mustang Run.

• The Flip Truck: A rotating menu of healthy sliders (you know—tiny hamburgers). Some choices have included the vegetarian Zeenee Panini (mozzarella, tomato, pesto and balsamic aioli on mini grilled sourdough) and the Greek God (beef, tzatziki sauce, red onion and aioli on a brioche roll).
• A Bite Truck: Fushion dishes like bison chili, ragout of lamb and Modelo-steamed mussels characterize this Orange County-based food truck.
• Cousins Maine Lobster: This place is all about fresh Maine lobster. They serve lobster rolls, lobster bisque, lobster tacos and, yes, you guessed right, lobster tails.
• The Melt Bus L.A.: Homemade soup, cane soda and grilled cheese sandwiches. This bus comes with a portable patio for easy seating.
