The COO of Massage Heights will be featured on the CBS television show 'Undercover Boss' Friday. Massage Heights opened in 2011 in Mission Viejo at Oso & Marguerite in the Pavilions Center.
The boss, Shane Evans, traveled to four undisclosed Massage Heights locations around the country for the taping.
The company says the observations Evans made in the field will lead toward changes geared toward pleasing employees, like revising pay structure, providing advanced education and launching a non-profit organization to help employees in crisis situations.
