Photos: Farrell's Ice Cream Eating Challenge Draws Hungry Fans

Farrell's Ice Cream Parlour in Mission Viejo hosted the second-annual Splendiferously Superiffic Summer Spectacular Ice Cream Eating Challenege at the Shops at Mission Viejo Sunday.

Farrell's Ice Cream Parlour and the Make A Wish Foundation threw together the second annual Splendiferously Superiffic Summer Spectacular Ice Cream Eating Challenege at the Mission Viejo Mall Sunday, where the eight fastest ice cream eating contestants from pre-qualifying rounds were invited to return for the championship finals.

The contest is split into five different categories including, the 4-person, Big and Small, Male, Female, and Youth competitions.

"This is a place where we like to have fun" spokesman Jeremy Law said.

Contestants came from all around South Orange County.

Special guest, actor Noah Munck from iCarly and Bad Teacher, announced the contestants, gave out awards, and signed autographs for fans.

"I've just discovered Farrell's three weeks ago and I love their Oreo Bliss Sunday," Munck said. "I can totally see myself having a birthday here in the future."
