The menu changes include a new pork rib promotion, as well as changes to the chain's all-you-can-eat salad bar offerings. The nearest Sizzler to Mission Viejo can be found in Lake Forest at 23501 El Toro Road.

Here is the announcement:

If your New Year's resolution includes saving money, go to a local Sizzler for new All-You-Can-Eat Pork Riblets in honey BBQ sauce for only $8.99. The limited-time offer is available at participating locations throughFeb. 23.

It starts with three tender rib bones drenched in honey BBQ sauce and served with a side of thick-cut steak fries. "Sizzler continues to make dining out affordable for California’s middle-class families,” said Kerry Kramp, president and CEO. "Riblets are the latest in a string of limited-time value offers that guests are really eating up.”

Heartier appetites may choose from two new triple combo platters featuring a pair of Riblets, a six-ounce hand-cut USDA Choice Steak and either four Jumbo Fried Shrimp for $14.99 or Malibu Chicken for $13.99.

In honor of National Soup Month, Sizzler's famous Salad Bar welcomes the new Chickens Gone Wild Rice Soup. Diced carrots and celery, chopped kale, pulled chicken and wild rice are simmered in a chicken broth.

Guests eating healthier in the New Year will enjoy Superfood Salad, made with tri-colored quinoa and kale. It is mixed with a made-from-scratch cilantro lime yogurt dressing. Also new on the Salad Bar is Crunchy Peanut Slaw with edamame and a Sriracha peanut dressing. Single-serving Peach Cheesecake debuts on the Dessert Bar.

Refreshing specialty peach-flavored beverages complement the BBQ meals. For a limited time, Sizzler is pouring Pucker Up Peach Lemonade, brewed Sweetie Pie Peach Tea and Rise & Shine Peach Sangria.
