Williams-Sonoma Recalls Sauces

Williams-Sonoma, with a location at the Shops at Mission Viejo, recalled four sauces for undeclared milk, soy and wheat.

Premier Foods of Santa Fe Springs recalled four sauces sold as Williams-Sonoma brand products last week because they failed to declare the following allergens on the product labels: milk, soy, and/or wheat. 

Individuals with allergies to milk, soy and/or wheat run the risk of serious or life-threatening reactions if they consume the products, according to the U.S. Food & Drug Administration.

The following products were recalled:

  • Meyer Lemon Braising Base – Undeclared milk, soy and wheat
  • 40 – Clove Garlic Chicken Braising Base – Undeclared milk and wheat
  • Tagine Sauce – Undeclared milk and wheat
  • Artichoke Pecorino Sauce – Undeclared soy

Customers who purchased the products should stop using them and return them to Williams-Sonoma for a full refund, according to the FDA.
