Each Wednesday evening from 5:30 to 8:30, Trabuco Hills High (27501 Mustang Run) hosts food trucks. They change each week, so you never know what you'll run into.

Here's a brief guide to the food trucks for Wednesday, June 5:

  • Calbi: A Mexican food/Korean BBQ mashup in the Kogi style. Look for short rib tacos, kimchi quesadillas and tofu burritos.
  • Crepes Bonaparte: Crepes, of course, both sweet and savory. The menu includes caprese, King Brie, and the Al Capone (fresh blackberries and sweetened mascarpone cheese topped with whipped cream and a chocolate drizzle).
  • Me So Hungry: This sliders/burgers/fries truck promises "a bold fusion of international flavors that pack a monster-sized punch." 
  • Sweet Lou's Rolling BBQ: BBQ with items like slow smoked BBQ pulled pork, marinated shrimp and BBQ lamb.
  • Street Foods Co: A trolley serving Mexican food like blue crab burritos and toasty taco bites.
  • Kala: Mexican food truck serving epazote black beans, creamy roasted poblanos and corn, citrus quinoa and Southern shrimp sandwiches.
