Teri Rubin said in a legal complaint that she was walking in Crucero Park on Oct. 29, 2011 when she slipped on the sidewalk. The lawsuit was filed in Orange County Superior Court May 3.

Mission Viejo Church Sex Case Thrown Out

A lawsuit accusing the Presbyterian Church of the Master's former pastor of a sexually manipulative extramarital relationship was thrown out of court in March.
