Free MV Movie Nights

Join the Mission Viejo Activities Committee for more great events. This time MVAC invites you to a free movie night under the stars at Kershaw Gardens located between City Hall and the Library. The movie begins at dusk (approximately 7:30pm) but come early for some pre-event games and to find the perfect seat to view the big screen. Bring blankets and low-backed chairs to sit on as well as something to keep you warm. Movie treats and drinks will be available for purchase as the Screamin’ Ice Cream Truck... (www.icecreambus.com) will be there serving up all your movie favorites.

Sept. 6 – The Lorax (2012); Rated PG: Dr. Seuss' classic, environmentally themed children's book comes to the big screen in this tale of a young boy who encounters a cantankerous forest creature after venturing outside of his artificial city in search of a tree.

Sept. 20 - Despicable Me (2010); Rated PG: When a criminal mastermind uses a trio of orphan girls as pawns for a grand scheme, he finds their love is profoundly changing him for the better.
