Job Hunting Training

Are you currently
in transition?  Do you have a four-year (or
better) college degree and management experience?  Are you looking for a professional networking
group?  If answered yes to all three
questions, then Experience Unlimited Irvine chapter (EUI) may be for you!

EUI offers
it’s members a free week of seminars on job hunting skills such as perfecting
your 30-second speech and PARs, fine tuning your resume and learning how to
navigate ATS resumes, practicing your interviewing skills and the importance of
building your on-line presence.  The
seminars consist of one full day on Friday (orientation and the first seminar)
followed by half days the following week.
You must complete all of the seminars in order to be eligible for consideration
into the EUI.  If you cannot make this
round of seminars, we offer the seminars every other week.

For more
information regarding our program, including future dates, please visit our
website at www.EUOrangeCounty.com.  To register for the seminars, you must
sign-up at the EDD help desk at the Irvine One Stop located at 125 Technology
West, Suite 200, Irvine, CA.  While the
seminars are free, space is limited so it is first come, first serve.  To reserve your spot, you will need to provide
proper documentation for work eligibility as defined by statute (http://www.edd.ca.gov/pdf_pub_ctr/de8401.pdf),
be registered in CalJOBS (www.caljobs.ca.gov)
and be a registered member of the Irvine One Stop (www.oconestop.com), so please be sure to
bring all your documentation with you to reserve your spot.
