The total number of homes for sale in Mission Viejo increased from 85 to 99 this week - due to a crop of 25 new listings. Could this be a sign of changing times or just a seasonal fluke - people who were waiting until Easter and Passover were over to put their house up for sale?
Canyon Crest had the most impressive activity with four new homes on the market this week. That brings the total for Canyon Crest up to seven homes for sale. Of those, five are listed for more than $1,000,000. That makes up 36% of the 14 homes for sale in Mission Viejo for over a million dollars. Of course, the others are on the Lake.
