Arts Alive Festival Delights Goers with a Frenzy of Groovy Arts- Margot Ferron

Arts Alive Festivals Delights Goers.

Peace, love and music prevailed at the 60s themed, Arts Alive Festival.  The two-day event attracted more than 100 street artists who chalked paintings on the pavement.  It was a paradise of arts and crafts.

In addition, each outdoor studio hosted hands-on arts and crafts activities.  Some of the groups that participated were CSUF, Mount Olives Youth Ministry, Mad Science, Mission Viejo Garden Club, Saddleback College and Mission Viejo Senior Activities Committee.

Other handcrafted art included candles, ceramics, jewelry, leather, pens, photography and a gallery of items cleverly recycled were available for purchase at the event.
