The events takes place around the same time The Bourne Ultimatum did.  A British reporter was writing an expose about Black Ops operations Treadstone and Black Briar.  Jason Bourne, former Treadstone operative got the file on Treadstone and Black Briar.  He gave it to Pamela Landy who then passed it to the media.  The men behind Treadstone and Black Briar are concerned about how this will affect other ops.

Jeremy Renner stars alongside Edward Norton, Rachel Weisz, Joan Allen and Albert Finney in this action packed adventure.  Rating PG 13, 2 hr., 15 min.
