Tea at Three Concert, Sun., Sept 30 at 3 pm
In many parts of the world, tea time is an honored tradition of refinement and elegance. The tradition is alive at Norman P. Murray Community & Senior Center, 24932 Veterans Way, Mission Viejo, CA 92692.
Enjoy an afternoon tea at 3 pm on Sun., Sept. 30. Talented artists from the Center Stage Studio will perform along with Katherine Cotter who was the 2012 winner of Mission Viejo’s Got Talent. Katherine has an amazing voice. Advance ticket purchase of $3 is required.
When thinking about tea parties, do you find yourself with thoughts of Alice in Wonderland, parties of little girls with imaginary friends and pinky fingers stuck up in the air? Think again, it's not just for little girls.

The tradition of "High Tea” was often enjoyed by the working British with light refreshments between lunch and a late dinner. “Afternoon Teas” developed over time with a fare of petite sandwiches, sweets and scones. Don’t forget a good pot of tea, of course!
