Grandparents and grandkids can celebrate summer at Grand Gatherings. For five weeks on Wednesdays, grandparents and grand kids ages 3 to 7 years old are invited to join in the fun. Grand gatherings is hosted by the National Charities League on Wednesdays, July 17 to August 14 from 10-11:30 am at Norman P. Murray Community Center, 24932 Veterans Way, Mission Viejo, CA 92692.
Kids are encouraged to dress up. Grandparents can bring two children per gatherings. Here are the themes- July 17 – Western Days, July 24 –Circus Days, July 31 – Princesses and Pirates Dress Up, August 7 – Hawaiian Luau and August 14 – Animal Kingdom Day.
Enjoy light refreshments, activities and crafts at no cost. Don’t forget to make reservations. Reservations are required. To participate, call 949/470-3062 the Wednesday before each event.
