Bacon Wrapped Pickles

Ok, I had a crazy idea that actually turned out to be pretty darn good. 
Bacon wrapped pickles! 
Yup, sodium, plus more sodium-how can you go wrong? It actually turned out to be very tasty...imagine that. 
I took some pancetta, which is just thin, unsmoked bacon; laid a thinly sliced pickle on top of it; put another thin slice of creamy Havarti cheese on top of the pickle; rolled it up, tooth picked it, and cooked it on the BBQ over wood. Although the finished product turned out great, as soon as the BBQ lid was opened, they were gone! 
You've got to try it!
