State Vice President Visits Elks Lodge

State Vice President for the Orange Coast District, Harvey Boelts, made his homecoming visit to the Mission Viejo / Saddleback Valley Elks Lodge No. 2444 (“Elks Lodge”). Mr. Boelts is a Past Exalted Ruler of the Elks Lodge, retired Captain of the Laguna Beach Fire Department and resident of San Juan Capistrano.

During his visit with his team of District Committee Chair People, Harvey complimented the Elks Lodge on the extent of their charitable work in communities throughout Saddleback Valley. He also presented the Elks Lodge with a California-Hawaii Elks Association certificate of appreciation for its contribution of $15,600 to the state’s major project which benefits disabled children and provides vision screening throughout California and Hawaii.

The Mission Viejo / Saddleback Elks Lodge No. 2444, celebrating forty-three (43) years of service to the Saddleback Valley communities, is one of ten lodges in the Orange Coast District of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks (BPOE) whose headquarters is in Chicago, Illinois. The BPOE is a charitable organization with a 145 year history of giving, “Elks Care, Elks Share.”
