Why was a man on a Harley Davidson wearing a skeleton mask and carrying a holstered weapon?

A man on a Harley Davidson was spotted wearing a skeleton mask, a gray uniform with red shoulder patches and a gun belt with a holstered weapon at the Alicia/Marguerite intersection at 4:19 p.m. Thursday. The caller told police he looked a little suspicious.

7:41 p.m. Lost Property, 27400 block Camden: Someone recovered a lost or stolen wallet.

6:37 p.m. Assist Outside Agency, 26800 block La Alameda: A 24-year-old woman took "a lot of sleeping pills with a lot of alcohol" and was unconscious, according to a caller.
4:02 p.m. Suspicious Person/Circumstances, : Five men were seen trying door handles of vehicles on the first floor of the parking garage.
2:27 p.m. Assist Outside Agency, : A blonde woman ran out the door with no shoes on and an IV in her arm. She had been taken to the hospital for intoxication.
10:08 a.m. Keep the Peace, 25900 block Via Pera: A mother called police when she caught her daughter skipping school. She said the girl was at a "possible drug house." She spotted her daughter's car, a gray Honda, and was waiting outside for police to arrive.
9:02 a.m. Suspicious Person/Circumstances, : Two teen boys were seen checking the door handles of parked vehicles. One had a white hoody with a red bandana in his back pocket.
