Bank robbers tried something unusual as they escaped police Wednesday in South Los Angeles—they tossed money out of the window, causing a mad scramble for cash as people scooped up the ill-gotten gain.
Of course the right thing to do is return the money to the bank—or is it? Patch wants to know what you think.
