Coach Stabbing Suspect's Pretrial Date Set

Prosecutors say Justin Alvin Maseo Tombleson of Lake Forest stabbed two Mission Viejo men to death. Now a judge will decide if there's enough evidence for a trial.

On August 12, a judge will decide if Justin Alvin Maseo Tombleson of Lake Forest will stand trial for the stabbing murder of two Mission Viejo men.

Prosecutors allege Tombleson, 28, used a pocket knife to stab Elvis  in the heart early June 11, killing the Santa Margarita Catholic High School hockey team's strength and conditioning coach almost instantly.  They allege he stabbed and Hossain  in the arm and chest. Saidian died June 16.
