UPDATED: Four Bodies Discovered in a Mission Viejo Home in Apparent Murder-Suicide

Deputies were called to the Pacific Hills house a little after 9 a.m.

The bodies of four people were found today in a Mission Viejo home in what investigators dubbed a murder-suicide.

Orange County Sheriff's Department officials were called about 9 a.m. to 25601 Pacific Hills Drive, Orange County sheriff's Lt. Jeff Hallock said. Investigators did not say how the victims died. Sheriff's officials said the bodies were those of two males and two females.

Investigators believe they know the identities of the victims, but are waiting for full confirmation before releasing their names, Hallock said.

A neighbor told KCAL9 that a family of four lived at the home, including a teenage girl and a son in his 20s.
