Half-Nude Man Offers Ride at Mall
Find out why police were called in Mission Viejo this week.
A half-nude man fondling himself offered a ride to a woman in the mall parking lot, according to a call to police made at 9:33 a.m. Wednesday.
The woman said the man was driving a black BMW SUV. When he offered her a ride, she realized he wasn't wearing any pants and was touching himself inappropriately, the woman said.
