Fire investigators have estimated the damage caused by a house fire in the Eastbrook neighborhood Friday night.
A Pinebrook home was damaged to the tune of $170,000, Orange County Fire Authority Capt. Steve Concialdi said. Inside the home, another $85,000 worth of content was damaged, he said.
Additionally, the fire burned trees and caused minor damage to a neighbor's home.
The fire started somewhere in the patio behind the house that was badly damaged, Concialdi said.
