"A caller reported a blonde woman who was parked in a black Toyota in the Ralphs parking lot, was allegedly beating her 5-year-old child." This is frightening. Not because the girl was getting a spanking but because you can be arrested for any kind of corporal punishment against your own kids.

Purse unattended for 10 minutes, is this for real? And she said she left it unattended for 10 minutes...what does she expect to happen?

What's scary O's that ignorant people think that it's ok to take a 5 year old child out at 9 at night and then hit her for doing something supposedly wrong when she should just be in bed in the first place.
