Man Arrested After Smashing TV
The following is a selection of calls from Mission Viejo to the Orange County Sheriff's Department from Feb. 22 to Feb. 25.
A 21-year-old military man was arrested on suspicion of vandalism after he smashed a flat-screen TV at . He was released from the Orange County Jail under his own recognizance.
The call was made around 10:16 p.m., Tuesday at the 27700 block of Crown Valley Parkway.

Traffic stop. 3:06 a.m. Friday. Charlinda Drive and Alicia Parkway. A 31-year-old man was arrested during a traffic stop and is in receiving at an undisclosed facility.
Burglary report. 9:34 p.m. Thursday. 22400 block of Manacor.
Traffic stop. 7:47 a.m. Thursday. Melinda Road and Stoneybrook. A 26-year-old man who works in sales was arrested during a traffic stop and was taken to the Orange County Jail. He was released after posting an undisclosed bail.
Traffic stop. 1:00 a.m. Thursday. Alicia Pkwy and I-5. A 22-year-old man who works as a manager was arrested during a traffic stop and was taken to the Orange County Jail where he was cited and released.
Traffic stop. 7:41 p.m. Wednesday. Alicia Parkway and Via Burgos. A 60-year-old man was arrested during a traffic stop and was taken to the Orange County Jail where he was cited and released.

Vandalism report. 2:32 p.m. Wednesday. 25500 block of Jeronimo Road.
Assist outside agency. 1:27 a.m. Wednesday. 27700 block of Medical Center Road. A 25-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of stabbing another man in the neck and is in custody at the Orange County Jail on an increased bail set at $1,015,000.
Traffic stop. 1:32 a.m. Wednesday. Oso Parkway and Mirasol. A 22-year-old man was arrested during a traffic stop and was released from the Orange County Jail under his own recognizance.
Suspicious person/circumstances. 8:07 p.m. Tuesday. 27000 block of Crown Valley Parkway. A caller said a man with a long afro, wearing a plaid jacket and green shorts, was looking into cars parked in The Shops At Mission Viejo parking structure.
Grand theft. 1:16 p.m. Tuesday. 24500 block of Alicia Parkway.
