Man in Dented Car Driving Through Mailboxes in Mission Viejo

What crime incidents were reported in your neighborhood? Find out here. The following is a selection of calls from Mission Viejo to the Orange County Sheriff's Department from Dec. 2-6.

A resident from the 21900 block of Contento said a man in his late 30s was driving a silver Toyota Camry with a dent and red writing on the driver's side straight through mailboxes.

The suspicious person report was made at 9:57 a.m. Saturday.

Burglary report. 5:57 a.m. Tuesday. 26600 block of Las Ondas Drive.

Disturbance. 2:12 a.m. Tuesday. 26800 block of Ave Domingo.

Traffic accident-unknown injuries. 5:38 p.m. Monday. Muirlands Boulevard and Alicia Parkway. Police responding to a traffic accident arrested a 24-year-old milkman and took him into custody at Orange County Jail on $100,000 bail.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 12:40 p.m. Monday. 27600 block of Falkirk. Sheriff deputies responding to a suspicious person report arrested a 29-year-old man and took him into custody at Central Men's Jail with no bail set.

Disturbance. 11:24 a.m. Monday. 28000 block of Marguerite Parkway. Police respondonding to a disturbance call arrested a 20-year-old man and took him into custody at Central Men's Jail with no bail set.

Traffic stop. 7:55 p.m. Sunday. Los Alisos Boulevard and Muirlands Boulevard. A 22-year-old man was arrested during a traffic stop and was taken into custody at Central Men's Jail with no bail set.

Petty theft. 5:00 p.m. Sunday. Marguerite Parkway and Avery Parkway. A caller said a man checking on parked vehicles took an item from a car and left in a white BMW.

Traffic stop. 11:59 p.m. Saturday. Los Alisos Boulevard and Muirlands Boulevard. A man was arrested during a traffic stop and was taken into custody at Orange County Jail where he was cited and released.

Disturbance. 10:53 p.m. Saturday. 25300 block Misty Ridge. Police responding to a disturbance call arrested a 44-year-old man and took him into custody at Orange County Jail. He was released when he posted bail.

Illegal peddling. 8:20 p.m. Saturday. 26500 block Avenida Deseo.  A caller said a man that appeared to be high on drugs, asking for money, became angry and started kicking decor in front of the residence.

Traffic stop. 8:04 p.m. Saturday. Oso Parkway and Felipe Road. A 36-year-old man was arrested during a traffic stop and was taken into custody at Orange County Jail where he was cited and released.

Indecent exposure. 9:51 a.m. Saturday. Marguerite Parkway and Alicia Parkway. A caller said a man in his 40s was urinating on an electrical box behind a bus stop.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 3:04 a.m. Saturday. 0 block Sienna Ridge. A resident asked sheriff deputies to check for three people, all wearing dark clothing, that were trying for open doors of parked vehicles.

Disturbance. 1:13 a.m. Saturday. Jeronimo Road and Alicia Parkway. Sheriff deputies responding to a disturbance call arrested a 23-year-old man and took him into custody at Orange County Jail and was released when he posted bail.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 6:20 p.m. Friday. Via Fabricante and Alicia Parkway. Sheriff deputies responding to a suspicious person report arrested a  50-year-old man and took him into custody at Orange County Jail where he was cited and released.

Traffic stop. 4:38 p.m. Friday. 27800 block Perales. A 50-year-old woman was arrested during a traffic stop and was taken into custody at the Musick Facility on $20,000 bail.

Suspicious person in vehicle. 2:59 p.m. Friday. 26600 block Somerly. A resident said a man riding in a black GMC Yukon was using binoculars to look into homes.
