Man Killed in Oso Parkway Wreck

A man was killed when his vehicle crashed early this morning at Oso Parkway and Coto de Caza Drive, the CHP said.

An unidentified man driving east on Oso Parkway was killed in a crash about 5 a.m. Monday morning, said California Highway Patrol Officer Denise Quesada.

While driving, the man had drifted right onto a curb, crashed into a chain-link fence and veered back into the roadway at the intersection of Oso and Coto de Caza Drive, Quesada said. He was the only person in the vehicle.

She said witnesses saw he was unconscious and called emergency workers.
