Man Seen Drinking Booze With Furry Friend

A caller asked deputies to check for a man wearing a white shirt and blue, saggy shorts smoking and drinking out of a bottle of tequila, possibly giving some to the yellow labrador he was with. The man and his best friend were seen near the intersection of La Barca and Marguerite Parkway around 3:45 p.m. Friday.

Police were once again notified around 1 p.m. Saturday regarding the same man and his dog. This time they kept purchasing wine from CVS near the 27700 block of Santa Margarita Parkway, which the caller says they drank right in front of the store.

Drunk in public. 7:00 a.m. Monday. 24000 block Alicia Parkway. A 40-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of being drunken in public and was placed in custody at Orange County Jail where he was cited and released.

Traffic stop. 3:16 a.m. Sunday. Trabuco Road and Los Alisos Boulevard. A 20-year-old man was arrested during a traffic stop and was taken into custody at Orange County Jail where he was cited and released.

Traffic stop. 1:39 a.m. Sunday. Los Alisos Boulevard and Trabuco Road. A 31-year-old man was arrested during a traffic stop and was taken into custody at Orange County Jail where he was cited and released.

Traffic stop. 12:47 a.m. Sunday. Avery Parkway and Marguerite Parkway.  A 54-year-old man was arrested during a traffic stop and was taken into custody at Orage COunty Jail where he was cited and released.

Reckless driving. 1:15 p.m. Saturday. Crown Valley Parkway and Marguerite Parkway. A caller said the driver of a white Ford Mustang with blue racing stripes was driving recklessly, burning out and speeding in excess of 75 MPH while weaving in and out of lanes.

Pedestrian check. 6:43 a.m. Saturday. La Paz Road and World Cup Center. A 43-year-old man was arrested during a pedestrian check and was taken into custody at Orange County Jail where he was cited and released.

Traffic stop. 12:56 a.m. Saturday. Calle Alcala and Los Alisos Boulevard. A 43-year-old woman was arrested during a traffic stop and was taken into custody at Orange County Jail where she was cited and released.

Traffic stop. 11:43 p.m. Friday. Avery Parkway and Marguerite Parkway. A 52-year-old man was arrested during a traffic stop and was taken into custody at Orange County Jail where he was cited and released.

Traffic stop. 11:35 p.m. Friday. Oso Parkway and I-5. A 36-year-old man was arrested during a traffic stop and was taken into custody at the Theo Lacy Facility with no bail set.

Court order violation. 10:53 p.m. Friday. 24400 block Quintana Drive. A 22-year-old man was arrested for a court order violation and was taken into custody at Orange County Jail and was released when he posted bail.

Traffic stop. 10:52 p.m. Friday. Alicia Parkway and Charlinda Drive. A 35-year-old man was arrested durng a traffic stop and was taken into custody at Orange County Jail and was released when he posted bail.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 8:38 p.m. Friday. Marguerite Parkway and Crown Valley Parkway. A caller said a man in his mid-30s was dancing on the street before skipping away in the middle of the road towards Crown Valley.

Missing adult. 8:19 p.m. Friday. Marguerite Parkway and Avery Parkway. Deputies responding to a kissing adult report arrested a 31-year-old woman and took her into custody at Orange County Jail and was released when she posted bail.
