A pizza delivery driver was robbed at knifepoint Sunday evening in the parking lot of a Mission Viejo pizzeria, authorities said.
Shortly before 8 p.m., a white man in his 20s or 30s reportedly threatened the driver with a knife and stole a blue bag full of cash, said sheriff's Lt. Roland Chacon.
Deputies responded to the 26800 block of Trabuco Road in response to a call about the robbery, but the suspect had fled with the cash.
Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call the Orange County Crime Stoppers tip line at 855-TIP-OCCS or submit a tip online at www.occrimestoppers.org.
