On Wednesday morning, a black Nissan Pathfinder hit a silver Honda Accord near the Olympiad Road/Alicia Parkway intersection near Lake Mission Viejo.
In a report to police the caller described it as a road rage incident at 7:14 a.m. Wednesday.
