In August, Sachs received $2,738.50 in anonymous cash contributions under $100, according to state filings. His campaign was given $1,100 by four individuals, one of whom lives in Mission Viejo.

Look at the Campaign Debt column. Only one has no debt...... the only one to vote for in the environment of government debt.

Wendy Bucknum's Treasurer tells me that Commissioner Bucknum's debt was a temporary condition. Two of them are actually not overspending. Everyone else is.
