Orly Taitz Criticized by Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Posse

The Arizona lawman's lead investigator on Barack Obama's identity says Taitz is barking up the wrong tree.

Orange County attorney Orly Taitz has come under fire from fellow birthers in Arizona.

Lt. Mike Zullo of the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office said Taitz doesn't understand the law. Zullo is a member of Maricopa Sheriff Joe Arpaio's "Cold Case Posse," a volunteer group that recently announced "new irrefutable evidence" that President Obama is using a false birth certificate.

The feud began after  Arpaio arrested 28 people for using false Social Security cards, and Taitz took him to task on her website for not arresting Obama.

"Shame!" she wrote. "Demand Arpaio to stop playing games and file a criminal complaint against Obama, first and for most [sic] for using a stolen Social Security number."

Zullo said Taitz "apparently... doesn't understand what jurisdiction means" because Obama "has not committed a crime in Maricopa County or the state of Arizona regarding his Social Security number."

See the video above for more from Zullo.
"I know [Taitz] had 20-some-odd court cases on this very issue and maybe now she's feeling very threatened," Zullo said. "There is not enough evidence to convict him on jaywalking ... let alone anything else."

But Zullo said he is seeking a congressional hearing to remove the president from office.
