Photos: Mayor Joined by Feet, Paws on Lakeside Stroll

More than eighty residents and their pets joined a dog walk with mayor Dave Leckness around Mission Viejo Lake in support of a proposed dog park.

"As you can see there's a big support for dogs in this town," Mayor Dave Leckness said. "The dog park will be one of the jewels in the city's crown.

The Saturday walk was intended to show support for a dog park for Mission Viejo. The City Council will vote on and plan a budget for the park next month.
