Taitz Kansas Birther Case Delayed Indefinitely

Confusion over who was being represented prompted a Kansas judge to delay Orly Taitz's case.

Orange County dentist and attorney Orly Taitz's challenge to President Barack Obama's eligibility to have his name appear on the Kansas ballot this November has been delayed indefinitely.

District Court Judge Larry Hendricks in Shawnee County, Kansas said confusion about who was being represented in the case prompted him to delay the challenge, according to the Topeka Capital-Journal. Taitz says Obama has not sufficiently proven his U.S. citizenship and is therefore inelligible for office.

Taitz originally filed suit Sept. 20 and said she represented registered voter Roger Walters of Kansas, the TCJ said. But she later said she represented only herself, leaving the judge confused about the proper jurisdiction of the case.

On her website, Taitz said she received "a huge box with papers from the state to read and respond," and that she expects to respond to the judge's concerns sooner than the 21 days she's been given.

She also solicited her political supporters for technical help: "I can attach files on desk top (sic), but lap top (sic) is still messed up, need help."

Earlier this year, Taitz ran for U.S. Senate against Dianne Feinstein and lost. She said she suspected voter fraud when she was defeated.

Taitz is a Rancho Santa Margarita dentist living in Laguna Niguel who formerly practiced dentistry in Mission Viejo. She was admitted to the state bar in 2002 after taking correspondence law classes from William Howard Taft University in Santa Ana.

Justice delayed is Justice denied. This ex-communist Russian is the only one fighting for freedom & liberty here in America because she knows what it is like to live under communism, slavery & tyranny. This is just one more to put on the list of unconstitutional acts being committed by our Government and funny NO one seems to care. http://tenthamendmentcenter.com/

This is an old communist method where you sequence Orly Taitz next to the masturbator to smear her with his stuff in the readers minds.

@tiny, her story falling between a sex offender and Romney seems to make perfect sense to me.

Romney was sharp last night. The thing with Obuma is he's got no offense, (a plan different than status quo which isn't working), and no defense. He can only try to make Romney look worse than he.

The sad thing, (understated), is neither candidate will address the real problems which are existential for the nation, and humanity.

Tom Thumb you didn't read section 1021(b)(2) closely enough. It wouldn't apply to those arming theRead More rebels because of the word "suspicion." We know they are arming the rebels. See the difference. 1021(b)(2) only applies to those we "suspect" like you. Notice how the word "reasonable" doesn't appear anywhere near "suspicion"? Hmmmm wonder why that would be. Section 1021(b)(2) seems to be the modern day "suspicion of lurking with intent."

Shoot, I don't know about that. What we are hearing now is Obama/McCain are pushing to arm theRead More rebels who are supporting and are part of Al Qaeda: www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-middle-east-22095099
