PCM of California has taken over management of the Mission Viejo’s Highland Park Homeowners’ Association, according to the firm.
With the addition of the 208-home community Nov. 1, PCM now manages 18 associations in Mission Viejo.
PCM will now be the managing agent for the association’s board of directors. It will give budget guidance and resident communications support and will provide project coordination and oversee vendors for jobs such as landscaping and painting.
PCM’s Debbie Stinson, community manager for Highland Park, said she's excited about the new relationship. “PCM has enjoyed a long and successful history of working with and enhancing the lives of Mission Viejo residents,” she said.
