Highland Park Gets New Management Firm

PCM of California takes over the job for the 208-home community.

PCM of California has taken over management of the Mission Viejo’s Highland Park Homeowners’ Association, according to the firm.

With the addition of the 208-home community Nov. 1, PCM now manages 18 associations in Mission Viejo.

PCM will now be the managing agent for the association’s board of directors. It will give budget guidance and resident communications support and will provide project coordination and oversee vendors for jobs such as landscaping and painting.

PCM’s Debbie Stinson, community manager for Highland Park, said she's excited about the new relationship. “PCM has enjoyed a long and successful history of working with and enhancing the lives of Mission Viejo residents,” she said.

PCM of California, an Associa company, specializes in management of common-interest developments of homeowner associations for family oriented master-planned developments, resort-style master-planned communities, active-adult master-planned communities, condo associations and boutique communities throughout Southern California and southern Nevada.

Its headquarters are in Lake Forest, and it employs a staff of more than 1,500.

Associa is North America’s largest community association management firm.
