Architect: Reilly Needs $8.8 Mil for Upgrades

Districtwide, Capistrano Unified is facing a $822 million tab. Here's Reilly Elementary's portion.

Phillip J. Reilly Elementary School could use $8.8 million’ worth of upgrades.

Of that amount, $2.4 million was targeted to replace half of the portable classrooms with permanent buildings.

The Capistrano Unified School District commissioned an intense study of all of its facilities. The report was created in 2009 and has recently been updated for 2013 pricing. The district is facing $822 million worth of needs and only has about $44 million on hand to address them.
